"Forest Bathing" has been regarded as having benefits on both the mind and body since the beginning of time but recently, those benefits have been proven scientifically. We're going to introduce "Forest Therapy," a fun way to bathe yourself in nature.

The Forest Therapy Society, and NPO, recognizes four bases for "Forest Therapy" within Fukuoka Prefecture (Yame City, Ukiha City, Sasaguri Town, and Buzen City).
Today, we'll introduce one of those "Forest Therapy" courses in Ukiha City, the "Tsuzura Leisure Course."
